Federal protected classes
VIA Realty Partners does not discriminate against any person because of:

Indiana state protected class

What this means in practice
VIA Realty Partners will not:

- Provide different terms, conditions, or services based on any protected class
- Misrepresent the availability of a property based on any protected class
- Publish or use any statement, advertisement, or notice expressing a preference or limitation based on any protected class
- Threaten, coerce, intimidate, or interfere with anyone exercising their fair housing rights

How to file a fair housing complaint
If you believe you have experienced housing discrimination, you have several options:

You have up to one year from the date of the alleged violation to file a complaint with HUD.
